- All equioment connections are possible
- Equipment is working properly
- The installation method is sound.
 

Activities carried out in a Site Integration Test (SIT)

  1. All equipment are connected together to check that connection is possible and sound
  2. The equipment (modules) are connected in the same sequence, with the same rigging and at the same lowering direction as it is planned for the subsea offshore installation. Thus, the installation methology is confirmed and the overall subsea system is checked.
  3. Equipment are pressure tested
  4. Valves, control systems, umbilicals etc are tested
